"Sam's has been here forever, a great smoke shop with helpful staff. While they may not be overly friendly they will recognize you and remember you. They have excellent prices on glass. I have been in some more "local" ones that claim to sell only custom small batch made glass but saw a few pieces that look suspiciously like ones at Sam's for x2 the price. It is a U district staple and have been patronizing them for over 15 years."
