"I came to ulta on February 27th before close. At cash register there was a super rude employee. She had brown mid wavy hair. Extremely unprofessional. She told me I can’t return a product while it still was less than 25% used, it’s just the bottle is designed that way that it looks like it was more. She opened it and then didn’t fully close it and it spilled all over my stuff in my bag. Please fire her. Extremely unprofessional and ruined all my stuff."
"Worst staff. The staff of this store thinks that they are in living on cloud 9. Extremely rude, disrespectful towards customers. Demeaning reactions and gestures while having a conversation, also made fun of me while talking as if I am from some other planet. Horrible horrible experience, would not recommend to anyone. I was requesting a call in case the time slot that I choose for my hair appointment is gone and they were ready to repeat the lecture of policy 100000 times but were not ready to give a courtesy call. Would not recommend to anyone, find another better stores where staff is excited to help customers!!"
"Update: 12/23 unhelpful, rude and complacent staff working tonight. Unbearable long line towards back of salon and no sense of urgency or care. It’s Christmas Eve eve and I know retail staff need extra coddling so I was as nice and patient to not let the rudnesss when asking for help interfere with my Christmas cheer, but when I stand patiently as you finish helping another customer to not even smile or greet me but rudely snap you don’t have anymore and not care about finding alternative solutions. I am embarrassed for you, I kindly mentioned I would go to the front and ask them to find it. When I did get to the line it was so long I didn’t have energy left to ask and staff didn’t care even though they’re the ones getting paid. Then I asked for a certain item and the blonde manager literally looked at said idk! We have it but idk where it is! And continued doing some cashiering duties 2 hours before close. Wow. I guess I will try Amazon. Ulta failed to help me during a busy holiday season, treated me like I was bothering them when their job is to assist customers in finding what they need and it doesn’t hurt to be kind and show care because your competitors sure are. I usually find this location tolerable but the new cashier Aubree needs attitude coaching and maybe a day off. I had just gotten blood work done and was feeling woozy and weak. I asked if they had a too faced palette she went and got it from the back and I asked to see it very kindly and she snapped NO. By see it I didn’t mean open and run fingers thru it but see it thru the film to ensure no powders were broken before buying. All the others girls working have had zero issues with this kind request. It’s quite reasonable. She was so unbelievable rude after that interaction she giving me the death glare. This is a bad person. When I went to pay the gift card issued by them needed a scratch off I again kindly asked if she can help me scratch it off. She rudely snared NO. I was quite surprised at her lack of professionalism at this point. I had to kindly ask a nice gentleman working next to her to have him help her do her job, and even he was surprised at her attitude and why it was such a big deal. I mean aubree had pens and many tools she could have used but she was choosing to be an immature and petty. After the painful sales encounter I said thank you to her and she gave me another stone glaze and continued to roll eyes and be nasty. I’ve never met a more rude and unprofessional cashier than this one. But figure it out ulta. I went to Sephora later today and was very impressed with my checkout experience. I guess ulta is full of low class Walmart style clerks these days hiring anyone with a pulse. This experience stays with me choosing Sephora over ulta for beauty as much as possible. Shame on this girl shame on her. Such a pity to treat anyone regardless of medical state or race that way."
"Went in to try an exchange a nyx eyeliner since I picked the wrong one in my order pick up and wanted to get the right one instead (it was a few hours prior and it was still unopened) and the girl at the register treated me like I was stupid and acted condescending towards me for not knowing you can't exchange or return online orders that aren't older than 24 hours. I'm fine having to wait, but this girl with dark hair in a ponytail had ZERO customer service skills and treated me like an annoyance acting like I was going to STEAL the bronze eyeliner I had brought in to exchange for the brown one."
"ANGELA IS THE BEST!!! She went above and beyond to help me find what I was looking for. She listened to what I was trying to accomplish and and could not have been more on her game to show me how to get it done. I can't tell you how much I appreciate it. Thank you Angela!"
