"I called and made an appointment. I walk in at the time of my appointment and notice there are 5 other people waiting before me. There were 3 barbers and the one lady at the desk who I'm assuming was going to cut my hair. I walk in don't get any kind of greeting. The lady saw me come in. Then she looked away and started talking to the barbers. I was waiting for her to stop talking so i can let her know i was there for my appointment. I'm literally standing right next to her too. She doesn't acknowledge me again and then it was just awkward and crowded so i stepped outside and sat at the picnic table. Waited a couple minutes until some people came out. Went back inside and the same thing happened. So i just left. And went to a different stylist the next day. They definitely need to work on their customer service or just at least checking in on the people that walk in."
