"Came in for a regular visit 1/27 afternoon, no else in the store and did not get a greeting or even a head turn. The employee was dead stuck on his video game playing. I stood at the counter in dead silence for a minute before I cleared my throat to gain his attention. He acted irritated that he was pulled away. I’m cool with passing time activities but that was pretty disappointing since I’m usually always greeted with friendly and attentive people. Please talk to your “employee” aka whoever this guy is that was working."

"I went 2 days ago the owner said the smok brand was really good but it didn’t work ( doesn’t vape ok and I went today to change it one of employees ( Demetrius)said they don’t make exchange bcuz that was 2 days ago and blah blah I just told him are u gonna lose a customer for it and he like ( whatever)"

"I have been here about 10 times. I have enjoyed my experiences up until tonight. It's a typical vape shop that has most of what you would want to get the review out of the way. But the employee working tonight at 6 PM should be let go. I came in, this employee was playing some loud arcade game on his phone and did not put it down for the entire transaction. It would ding every 10 seconds and he would go from listening and looking at me, to looking and touching his phone to mske a move. He then asked what I was looking for, I said a pack of atomizers for the Zeus tank. He asked which ones and I did not know the code on the box. He said if I didn't know which coils I needed he couldn't help me. I ended up just looking up the info online, but this employee made me never want to do business here again. If the manager or owner reads this,please find out which employee this was and let them go. It would be best for your company's day to day."
