"Store is lovely. Staff is very friendly, but utterly uneducated about their stock. I can give a product name, color, and dimensions, and staff still cannot find it in their behind-the-counter display-- they'll pull everything in the specified brand from shelves and offer them to me, confused, one at a time. Even when I bring in a sample of what I want, if I purchase more than one, staff still manages to mix non-desired products with desired products at time of purchase. Also, they stubbornly refuse to carry the most common/sought after products, and instead stock high-end or high-volume choices of the same brand. This shop routinely charges 10-20% more than other stores in the area for identical products."
