"This employee was extremely rude and racist to me as well as my wife. I usually deal with the manager however I will never give my business again due to the sheer disrespect and lack of customer service. I had given a 5 star previously however I have changed it to 1 star because of this disrespectful employee. She is the ONLY PERSON TO HAVE EVER REJECTED MY DRIVERS LICENSE. I took off my mask for her and recited my name and she just looked at us with a blank stare. I really want to continue business however this was ABSOLUTELY INAPPROPRIATE on her part. I hope she doesn't treat others in this manner, that would be a great liability for the manager in regards to pushing regulars away indefinitely."
"I went in to buy a vape, pointed to what I wanted and even said the flavor. But proceeded to give me the wrong one and continued to ring the wrong vape up. Said it's what I "pointed" to. Tried to argue with me. I walked out and told myself I will Not be returning here anymore."
"Excellent Service but something fishy about prices and wen they ring you up.... it's odd cause I bought a pack of smokes 8.99... and a pipe 7.99... it came out to be almost 30.00.... it just doesn't add up unless there's some taxes that went waaay up and I wasn't aware but yeah it didn't add up"
"I always have wonderful interactions with the emoyees here! The gal with all the beautiful rings, and who's always looking gorgeous with a great big smile- is my favorite! She always let's me ramble on about my stuff and gives great suggestions as well as she always remembers what I bought the last time! They have great prices and selection.I travel past all the other shops to come to Smoke Town !"
"The staff is very friendly, I buy my Vuse Alto pods here. Their pods are typically $12 for 2 pods. So for around $48 I get 6 pods. They only started selling single pods, but charge the same price. Which I did not see until I got home. I will NOT be returning. I just got 10 pods and a new vape pen online, for less than I got 3 pods at this store. Ridiculous!"
