They aren't as amazing as South Park Pharmacy was, but they are excellent for a national chain."

"I have been a loyal FM customer for 21 years since Fred Meyer opened in Port Orchard. As of Saturday my business with the stores pharmacy has ended. It seems they have cut staffing and the customer service is has gone from good to bad. The fact that the pharmacy staff chooses to ignore it's customers waiting for assistance to pick up medications is inexcusable in a retail setting. One bad actor ruined my relationship with this pharmacy and has made me choose to go elsewhere. Fred Meyer needs to look closely at its training in all things customer service especially in the pharmacy."

I make it after they had been closed for 15 mins but I just got out of the hospital and the lady (I always forget her name, but she knows me) who talked to the pharmacist to fill my prescriptions (I needed the nausea one asap) I've never been treated that kindly. So if you need prescriptions filled I HIGHLY suggest Fred Meyer. If you're on here, I cried all the way home for doing what you did for me. Thank you from the bottom of my heart."
