"I don't think I have ever had better customer service than I got from Jeff at Hot Tubs Northwest. He stuck with me on the phone until we got the problem solved. Jeff, you have earned a customer for life with our new (to us) hot tub. We bought a used tub and (of course) had a problem right away. The jets weren't working properly and it was barely heating up. With single digit temps due to arrive tonight that's not what I wanted to see. Jeff figured it out just from looking at a picture of the control board and by moving a wire to a different terminal everything starting working right. He saved the day."
