"I would honestly give them no stars if I could. I checked in with my nail tech consistently throughout what she was doing making sure that I was getting what I wanted and she constantly dismissed me and lied. I asked her if she'd be cleaning up under my nails when she was done or before and she said yes she cleans them after she applies the polish and then when I asked her when she was going to do it she said she didn't have the tools to clean my old nail from under my new set. She hurt me and blamed it on me. My grown-out nails looked better than the new set she put on."

"I went in for a basic manicure. There were 3 techs working and had a lot of customers. The cuticle trimming was not great, no towel on the counter under my hands or the wrist support like all other places I’ve been through. The hand massage was mediocre and I hated the feeling of the grit all over my hands after filing the nails (any other place has you wash it off) but since they were in such a hurry they were just trying to get me out the door. They charged me $5 on top of the service fee for a matte clear coat, keep in mind that a whole bottle of the OPI matte polish is $11. Can’t really say I recommend this place or that I’ll be returning."

"Wasted $20 for them to slap clear polish on and send me on my way. Well actually they didn’t send me on my way. The one man out front texted on his phone until I asked if I could get another top coat put on so my nails were not so rough. There is even a hair under the clear polish on one nail. I will never go back to this place ever again."

"This place was recommended to me! I was told they were friendly & did a good job. So glad I listened & gave them a try. I went in at open on a Saturday (scheduled appt) & they were very busy which I anticipated. The staff did a phenomenal job communicating w all guests while servicing us. I got a gel fill & a hot stone pedicure gel. The ladies were so kind, personable & funny. Already made my second appointment for my upcoming set and pedicure! I strongly recommend coming here if you like small family friendly nail salons who treat customers right!"

"Tracy did my nails and the gentleman painted my daughter’s nails and toes. We didn’t have an appointment and we were greeted and seated right the way. I wanted a full set and I explained to her that I do weights lifting and I was afraid of breaking them. She suggested to cut them in the shape I wanted them but not pointy to prevent them from breaking and suggested making the coat very thick to make them more sturdy. She took her time to be precise about her work but she was also a very fast worker. She was very patient and asked every step of the way if I needed to make changes. She was very friendly and made me and my 8 year old feel very comfortable. I will make the drive Whidbey Island to have nails kept by her any time. Worth the drive. Also, make an appointment if you want to see her, she is very requested and it was sheer coincidence that she was not booked when I walked in."
