"I received a friendly welcome upon entering the store, the staff offered to help me find what I was looking for. Great customer service. I will definitely shop at this store again when I’m back in town."

"I went to this place looking for a new curling iron. I was sent to where they were in the store by the younger woman working there, and as I was looking at them, one of the boxes of the one I was interested in was already slightly open, so I opened it to look at the size of the curling iron. And as I was looking at it, the employee older woman, blonde, short hair glasses approached me from the back and said “can I help you? Not open my boxes miss” and I replied yes I am so sorry I apologize I just wanted to see the size. Then she proceeded to barrate me with explaining how I should not open them because I ruined it and I tried to explain that was not my intention and she was EXTREMELY rude to me and my husband so we turned and left and I told her she lost a sale."

"3 stars because I do like the store and usually has helpful staffs. But tonight, I didn’t had a good experienced, helped from Carlee. I asked her about a certain product, she pointed me to that directions than left. Instead of asking if I needed anything else ir could of recommend some other items to go with what I came for, permanent hair dye. (The directions on the bottle is printed small and blurry. No directions on the box… ) I noticed other staffs was very involved with the customers they’re helping and asking their customers if they have this or that. But not Carlee… I did my hair once I got home, nothing changed but my hair was falling out. I was disappointed with the way I was helped earlier. Other than that, not against the store, it’s just certain people that works there."

"I went to Sally’s for new nail polish and while I was there was browsing about the other sections seeing all of what they had as I don’t come here frequently. The older woman with short blonde hair and glasses treated me like I was going to steal something the entire time, I was asked at least 6-10 times if I needed help finding anything in the less than 15 minutes I was there. Then the blonde woman just stood there and flat out watched me. It made me so uncomfortable that I called my best friend to ask her what I should do as I was so Uncomfortable that I just wanted to leave. I was about to let her know that if it made them more comfortable I was happy to put my things up front that I was carrying until I overheard the old blonde woman letting one of the other girls know to “let her know when the police got there” I have done nothing wrong but potentially give you more commission by browsing the other sections of the store. I have never in my life been made to feel so uncomfortable in a store before. The store is in a complex where many other stores are located and as I’m at another store I can see the cops never came she was saying that out loud trying to scare me I guess? Instead all she did was loose my business indefinitely. What gross and horrible excuse of customer service you should be ashamed of yourself. You could have politely offered to hold my things if you were concerned and I would have happily obliged."

"I went to Sally beauty to buy color remover and I was recommended by employee a product and some shampoo and conditioner and I went home and now my hair is bleached I've never bleached my hair and now I have orange stripey bleached hair I am beyond furious! All I wanted was to go back to my natural color and take out the brown dye that I had in my hair and now for the first time ever I have bleached hair!!"
