It has so many varieties for girls! but recently i visited the store and i saw they hired teenagers! they were so unprofessional and used so bad languages while i was shopping with my sister, which was very disappointed, they were not doing anything, just talking and laughing, i just wanted to leave the store right away,"

"Made an appt. to get my daughter’s ears pierced. We got there early so I asked if we could get in earlier than our appt. time. The girl brusquely said “I have someone right now” and walked away. No “I’ll see if we can get you in after my customer” or “sorry - we are completely booked up to your appointment time.” Totally and completely rude. We walked out and went down the mall to Silver Safari where we got right in and everyone there was very pleasant. Will not return to Claire’s ever again."

"I took my daughter and her friend here. They are 13 and weren't quite finding what they were looking for. There's such an awesome selection and so I thought, let me ask an associate. Boy did we luck out. Willow helped us and went above and beyond the call of duty. The girls were so pleased with what she helped them find. And, she also helped mommy find some cool stuff. It's very refreshing to see somebody so engaging, personable and very professional. She also took great care in packaging up the jewelry to ensure it wasn't tangled.
