"It was nice of them to sit on a prescription for a very important medication for literally months before calling me to tell me they have no intention of filling the prescription. Don't hold your breath on trying to get medication ordered- they won't do you the courtesy of telling you they won't do it for months and even then, put it all on you instead of facing the music and calling the provider themselves."

"Great staff grade people bands are all your questions I have never had a problem with them and if there's something on the shelf they normally come out and help me look for what I'm needing and if they don't have it they will tell me that they don't carry it they always give me a message when my medications are ready to be picked up yes I am very happy with Safeway pharmacy"

"A really rotten combination of slow and rude, it in no way measures up to Safeway's claimed high brand standards. I am so tired of Oak Harbor and its pretty much universally low standards. Updated a year later - still incredibly rude. They act as if their slow processing and refill times - even on medications for people who are literally in mortal peril - are somehow the customer's fault. Safeway supposedly prides itself on its customer service - the pharmacy shouldn't be completely exempt from that."

Wendy has been an absolute delight each and every time we have interacted; from requesting corrections from the ER, refills from my doctor, in person, and on the phone. She is always so sweet, helpful, and genuinely seems to care. Wendy treats you like a person, remembers you, and is always willing to go above and beyond to help you out. I'm so grateful for all the support she's given me. I am so happy every time I find out she is on shift."
