"Been using rite aid pharmacy for a long time, went in with a script at about 4pm on February 22nd, it was a script for one pill and it did not have my home address on it so I was told she could not fill never had this problem before, went and did my business elsewhere."

"I have been trying to get a prescription transferred all day to Rite Aid. Rite Aid said Express Scripts couldn’t transfer it until Monday, Express Scripts said Rite Aid didn’t call. Express scripts called Rite Aid with me on the line, the rep from Express Scripts disappeared, so i talked to Rite Aid, for the third time today, then she put me on hold where i waited for an hour and she never came back. Express scripts is getting a one star review too as soon as i find where to leave one. Who cares if someone needs meds right? They don’t."

"Love the front of the store staff but the pharmacy is AWFUL. I was told it was a 30 min wait for my meds and got a text they were ready an hour later only to get here and be told I have to wait another 30 min. The tech was not kind and argued with me over the text being old when it was within minutes."

"The staff has been nice and helpful but every time I try and caller I can never reach the pharmacy. Super frustrating. I have to go there to make sure my prescription is filled instead of calling."

"The new manager of the pharmacy is rude. I ordered my prescription three hours ago. I come in, and I am told it’s not ready yet? They need to educate their staff better. I wasted my time going there on my lunch break, for goodness sakes."
