"I ordered a birthday cake that was to be ready at 9am. It WAS ready but I was not able to pick it up until 2pm and when I got there to pick it up, it had been sitting out on the counter all day. When I got home and looked at it, half of the top of the cake had slipped off and was all over the inside of the box. The cake was SO dry. I literally almost choked on a piece of it. The “frosting” was so oily. It was awful. It was ugly. It was disgusting. I am so disappointed in the way they made this cake. I think Helen Keller could have made a better cake. I will never order another cake from here again. The ONLY thing I liked about the cake was the color of the writing."
"The way they run their deli is unacceptable. They are consistently out of chicken, a la carte items; they under-utilize their fryers and ovens. Expect a wait and then for them to run out of items they did have while you're waiting for items you ordered to cook."
"People are friendly and helpful. Deli was stocked at 9am, and do was bakery. Flowers were lovely and your could get a vase for what ever the ocation."
