"Nelson was super helpful and went above and beyond to get me everything I needed for my project. He also made sure to explain the why of what he was recommending, so I learned things as well. I see some reviews complaining about not being proactively offered assistance by an employee. I did have to approach someone to ask for help. I found that was a bit more difficult because it didn't seem like the employees had identifying name tags or uniforms and I came when some were on their lunch break, so I asked the person at the register. But to me that seems like a minor thing. If you want help, ask for it. Very glad I came here."
