"Nelson was super helpful and went above and beyond to get me everything I needed for my project. He also made sure to explain the why of what he was recommending, so I learned things as well. I see some reviews complaining about not being proactively offered assistance by an employee. I did have to approach someone to ask for help. I found that was a bit more difficult because it didn't seem like the employees had identifying name tags or uniforms and I came when some were on their lunch break, so I asked the person at the register. But to me that seems like a minor thing. If you want help, ask for it. Very glad I came here."

"This was a great shop with incredible prices. I wish I knew it was here a long time ago. Special kudos to the staff, who are often around to help you out but not overbearing about it. I was there for 20 minutes and twice someone asked me if I needed anything but there was always someone in sight I could grab if I needed to. The selection of tools and accessories is top notch! While I might wish for a little more inventory of hard wood lumber the diversity of what's available is fantastic. I'll definitely be back for my next project."
