"Not consistent! When I got my first haircut by Katie, it was amazing. I thought this is gonna be my go to place for haircuts. This was my second time here and she did a nut job. I appreciate the refund for the bad haircut but I’m still dealing with the after effects of it. I miss my home hair stylist who has managed to give me perfect haircut every single time. It makes a huge difference when you don’t have to worry about your hair because someone did cut it nicely. I wish they can understand how it affects someone’s confidence especially in a foreign land."

Haircuts are typically 45 minutes long and they give you a free cleanup within 3 weeks of your haircut which is great. Be sure to book your appointment online ahead of time though because their schedules do fill up fast."

"I arrived 9 minutes late to my appointment, and they have a 10 minute late policy. They turned me down and said that they would be unable to give me a haircut. I would understand if I was 15 or 20 minutes late, but it's ridiculous I was turned down while arriving within the window of service. 1 minute is not going to make a difference if the "quality" of your service. Won't be coming again."
