"They're open early and late, and it's a great place to get a morning coffee/hot chocolate!"
"Store owner had child follow me throughout the store for 29 min until purchase. When I asked her about it she said " so that's my kid" I paid an left an wi never ret iturn"
"This place...what can I say about this place? Hahaha. I love this place, man. It's a trip. All kinds of crazies up in this joint. You never know what you'll see. The people behind the counter are awesome, they have a pretty great selection of e ciggs, they have a wide variety of things, from scales to measure your food, to whip cream cartridges to top off that special dessert you're making, little baggies with fun pictures to put beads in if you're having a crafting party, water pipes in case you're a fan of sharing tobacco with your more exotic guests at parties...plus they just have a little bit of everything. All the junk food youd expect to find, and a few grocery items like milk and I can't remember what else. I dig Joy Mart. One time it was the only place in the neighborhood that had Qtips. They even have those flashlights that you crank with a lever!"
"Great local/neighborhood shop, open late and generally a friendly place. The morning and afternoon staff (most days) are friendly, helpful and often take time to have a short conversation with you. However, the night time staff often leave something to be desired. This rule doesn't always apply though. But like much of the "Ave" once it becomes night time, it's time to avoid. I've stopped in at night to find several people hanging out with whoever is working and they can be incredibly intimidating. To the point where many of my friends and neighbors, especially females, refuse to shop there at night. This post isn't meant to s**t on this business, as I actually really enjoy the day staff. But I would avoid at night. Otherwise, convenient and fair prices."
"I drove by here the other day and was happy to find there’s a closer mini mart to my house than the gas station I normally go to. I called to ask their hours and a question. After the phone rang forever I was about to hang up assuming they were closed when this stoner sounding guy answered. I asked him if they had cigarettes there since I’ve been to other mini marts and places like CVS that don’t. He says, “of course we have cigarettes here what a stupid question.” Working as a manager in customer service I was shocked and asked if he was serious and he said “yeah what kind of store doesn’t have cigarettes?” I told him he was rude and he said he thought he was funny. I decided not to give them my business which is their loss since I would’ve been a frequent customer."
