"Stopped here for gas and to use the restrooms while passing through the area. Gas was just over $5 per gallon, typical prices for the area. Staff were friendly."

"Shell stations are usually clean, have a cool drink waiting for you to grab and have open restrooms. Which is why $6 bucks a gallon for premium isn't always a hard pass. This place had none of those things and poor customer service to boot. Attendant actually lied to several customers about his restrooms being occupied, then lost key and finally out of order. Maybe next time pick one lie and stick to that. From a unhappy customer with nearly squishy pants:)"

"Please avoid this Shell gas station. Air pump doesn't work and operators act as if it is working. You will lose your time and money. We stopped to adjust one tire air pressure but rather it deflated completely. I asked operator but he said you are the 1st person reporting the problem and advising to call Shell and report the issue. Shame on him, why the heck customer should report a problem? We even called the number on Air pump and tried reporting the problem but no one attended. Both operators are useless folks and didn't tried to help us. We even told operator to put a tape so that others will stop using it but he didn't do it even though we were waiting in the station for more than an hour. I had a very good faith on Shell but I will no longer stop by or recommend Shell to anyone. I am not sure what Shell is doing when lot of reviews are so negative about this station."

"Couldn’t give a zero star for this location. The air pump doesn’t work at all and it’s just waste of money. They do not have “ not working “board displayed either. And on top of it, no response from the folks when we said the air pump doesn’t work at all. @shell - request you to take care of such things if you do not want your companies reputation to go down"

"Labeled at 24 hours but won’t take customers over night. Worker to busy getting uncomfortable close to females trying to pump their gas. This isn’t Oregon you don’t need to come help me pump my gas I know how to do it. BE AWARE OF HOW UNCOMFORTABLE, for a women alone at night that could be."
