"I've been having intermittent problems with my propane stove for several years. Yesterday, Bobby, took care of all the issues associated with the fireplace. He replace parts (he actually had them in his truck even though the unit is about 25 years old) and never discouraged me because the unit is old. He was cautious (had me blow out a scented candle I had going) and checked every part to determine efficacy. He was personable, thorough, and knowledgeable. I was very impressed! He looked at an earlier invoice to see what had been done in December, 2019, and checked those parts, too, and asked to see the original purchase data so he could record the serial number of the unit for future reference. To my amazement, my bill was less than it was in 2019 AND I now have a fully functioning propane fireplace. Thank you, Bobby! Give that man a raise!"

"They did a beautiful job installing our fireplace. Their prices were fair and reasonable. Unfortunately they don’t employ their own electricians or gas plumbers right now so we had to sub contract those jobs out ourselves which was a huge pain. They used to do the gas plumbing, I hope they start offering it again soon!"
