The environment is nice, open, and relaxed. I’ve always been offered complimentary refreshments while waiting for my appointment. The staff are all professional, friendly, and on-point. Everyone, specifically Tim, helped worked with me to find a new style and has been a pleasure to work with ever since. I know the place offers some more advanced services but I’ve only done haircuts so far so I can’t speak to those. But, the haircut experience has been great."
