"Jessica at Fishermen’s Terminal Barber Shop just gave me one of the two best haircuts I’ve ever had. Jessica, who owns the shop, is a lovely person who takes her time with every client. Be prepared to wait past your scheduled visit because she sometimes runs late, but only because she gives each customer her full attention, gets to know exactly what they want and makes sure she gets it right. She doesn’t rush through a cut. The shop itself is a charming vintage-style barber shop located next to the Bay Cafe and close to Chinook’s Restaurant. There is always plenty of parking. The vibe in the shop harkens back to a time when we weren’t all in a rush, but her cuts are as modern and up to date as you want —she is a talented stylist for men or women’s cuts. And, I love this —you call the morning you want the cut, I call about 9:00 am, and she lets you know what times are available that day."
