"Never really had a problem here with the employees and they seem to constantly try to make this Plaid clean on the outside and inside. They unfortunately had to take away the trash from the front because of loitering. The guy working nights with the dreads is nice, friendly and efficient as a cashier. I don’t imagine it’s easy working at a convienience store with all the different walks of people especially on Stark."

"Literally the worst costumer service! I stop by here quite frequently at night with my children on my way home never during the morning while Naved is working. For some reason the machine wouldn’t let me pay for my two items with my cash benefits on my food stamp card (TANF). So I ran out and got change out my car. (Mostly quarters)When I came in I let the person that came in while getting change go infront of me. Okay while I was counting out the change she snatched it up. And I asked can you please put it back while I count. She just set it on the far side of the counter so I reached over and grabbed it to finish counting. Another costumer came in and I told them they can go ahead of me since I might take a minute or two long. And she said I’m in no rush. So I continued counting trying to hurry to count it sense it was obvious bothered the store clerk I was paying in change sense it was $11.99. She was like let help the person that actually has money and reached around me to help the person behind me. Making them break the 6 feet and being 2 inches away from me so they can pay for their items. It was already embarrassing enough I had to pay in change but to belittle by the store clerk infront of other customers was hurtful. She asked for my ID I stopped counting and put on the counter she said threw it at her which was an obvious lie. I finished counting it out gave it to her. And asked for her name, and she told me I was the worst kind of person all because I paid in change. Super unprofessional, and disrespectful. Left in tears, sorry I’m a single mom and struggling guess I’m the worst kind of person too. I didn’t deserve to be yelled at and belittle infront of people when I apologized and offered for other people to go infront of me. Store number 231. On 223rd and stark. Won’t be back"

"Morning staff are 5 star. Any other time not so much! Happy friendly fast staff are a welcome start to the day. However...I have learned not to stop in the afternoon. Lifeless, lethargic, non-mask wearing staff. Complete opposite. Would be nice if location managment/owner stepped it up before they close like the five previous business at this location"

"The Arabian lady that works their is constantly RUDE and DISRESPECTFUL EVERYTIME I GO IN THERE. She takes her sweet ol time to help a customer when ever they are waiting at tha cash register for something while she is always talking to someone on her phone & gives a nasty attitude whenever she has to help you. Im tha type of person to never leave a review but this women needs to be replaced or fired cause she is way out of line. There are nicer ppl that could do a better job then her. I will not go there to buy anything anymore bcuz of her."
