"By far one of the worst convenience stores around. They charge more than any other convenience store, sometimes even double the cost. The customer service here is non-existent. They are the only store I've ever been to that doesn't tell you the price of your items, it doesn't display the price on any screen, and they won't bother telling you the price before you swipe. Also the price it says on the shelf will not be the price you pay most the time so make sure to ask for a total. I'd say just shop somewhere else."
"$15 and some change for these three items… never coming back, I should have just walked out but it’s thanksgiving and I don’t want to drive around. Ouch though… $15… y’all are wild."
"Going to have to agree with others: way, way overpriced. And inaccurately priced too, when they actually display prices. A single can of beer that *maybe* would cost $4 elsewhere somehow cost me nearly $7. They’re conveniently located for many residents nearby who don’t have another close option, and I guess they’re thinking that means they can charge whatever they’d like. I’m just going to start walking further."
"Update: Returned today and this is the nail in the coffin. I paid for my items with my card. But the clerk was adamant that i hadn't paid because the receipt did not print, despite the screen saying the transaction was approved. The man snatched my drink from my hand and demanded I pay again. I pulled open my account and showed him that the transaction did go through, dollar and cent matching my total. but he kept demanding I pay him again. His entire argument is the printer didn't print the receipt (so dumb). Something eventually convinced him I did in fact pay for the items he was holding hostage and finally gave it to me. This store is staffed with rude and incompetent people. I'm definitely never returning to this store. Avoid it too, if you can. This place has no price signs on any shelf items, but it's a pretty clean looking store. The cashiers allow some old guy to smoke directly in front of their door all the time, which is illegal. The heavy tall guy seems annoyed by customers, the small old guy was rude when I asked about the old man smoking. This place is cheaper than the nearby shell station, but with service and environment being as they are, I'll find somewhere else to go soon."
"Being the neighborhood market, it's convenient. However, I will be looking to see who's working before I spend my money there. Trent the cashier is clearly bothered by customers, and consistently has a bad attitude that is enhanced when you 'interrupt' his smoke break and he has to go inside being the only one on duty. His better than thou attitude has no place in customer service. It's not our fault you're a lugubrious person. Do better Trent."
