The Barbers (Tanasbourne)

"I’ve been a customer here and at other locations of theirs many times over the last few years. Super hit or miss. Have gone out with sideburns that are very un even or spots that were cut super bad and then a few times just one sideburns was cut the other wasn’t… I’m displeased by this most recent cut enough to set a bad review and will not be going back. Once again I left (and tipped like always, that was a mistake should have put my glasses on and looked at my hair first) and had one sideburn left untouched. I had a patch that was cut way too deep. Also I got there on time and my stylist was 12 mins late. I asked if that meant she’d spend less time but that I’d still be charged for the 30 minute cut. Granted the stylist was friendly and talkative, but the service I paid for was cut short by her clients being late or what ever…that means I was rushed out. I have a small amount of facial hair and stubble and always pay extra for the quick trim up which takes 30 seconds. She said she wasn’t going to do that and in turn my sideburns are all messed up and unmatched with my facial hair ones totally patchy and the other is completely untouched. I ended up just trimming everything off so that I can start fresh it was that bad. I mostly corrected her mistakes myself….after paying about $40 total I’m super dissatisfied and didn’t get what is advertised. Could’ve gone to great clips or some place that charges $12 and got the same result."

"Ikumi is absolutely amazing. Not only is she so kind and nice but she is so detailed with her cuts. She doesn't just use the clippers and then the scissors for a few seconds. She literally goes in with the scissors and really really does a detailed job. I am so impressed with my son's haircut."
