"You will be waiting for ever in here and when he has a favorite you will get bumped. With no sign in sheet and Donnie turning a blind eye to who is next you can expect to not get served in the order you arrive. I came on a Tuesday, Donnie's first open day of the workweek. It was 1:30pm and he was closed. He had enough customers for the day is basically what the sign was saying. So I came back first thing in the morning ( opens at 9 ) I arrived at 8:48. I parked in the single spot in front of his shop and there was one man standing at the door outside. I got out of my car and Donnie opened up early. I am the second person in the door and wait for the first haircut to be done. Once that is done I stand up to get my hair cut and another customer said he is next and Donnie just looks away. This Barber has done this to others he will take a customer who is confrontational over someone who was waiting. If you like a place that plays favorites and will not speak up for their customers this is your place. Donnie had the view point I was in the wrong for speaking up because some kids where in there. All I did was state the facts no yelling no foul language, but hey if your not his favorite I wouldn't sit in his seat for lack of support. You lost another regular. You sir are lying. Donnie, you really want to paint me in that light? You think your so good people are shoving others out of the way for a hair cut, get over yourself... I never used profanity nor do I in my daily life. The woman you spoke of with the kids was more upset about the lack of order in your shop that she pointed out I was next. I waited to talk with you and your confrontational customer after you cut his hair and gave him a shave, because he was older. The lack of professionalism on your part when I attemped to discuss with you that you chose to over look the order in which your patrons arrived was a surprise, that's why I walked out. You have really shown your true personality. I'm more than happy to know this is your true self and am taking my business elsewhere."
