"WAS a good 711. Now the clerk will self scan his points card whenever I stop by. Never getting gas here again if I can't use the points that are being taken from me by their employees."

"It's under new ownership, and they now have no breakfast sandwiches or food in the morning. Customer service is not as good as it used to be before. I hope that changes or I won't be visiting this store anymore. Went to this store again and bought a sausage biscuit from the heated food area, and it was still cold, almost frozen. Took the sandwich back, and the attendants solution was to go in the back and microwave it. He left the other sandwiches in the warmer and didn't check their temperature. That attendant is going to make someone very SICK!"
