"Around 11:15 pm 1/9/2023, I swiped my card to pay to inflate air into my tires. When I pulled out the air hose it was cut off so the air I paid for was being wasted and there was no way for me to inflate my tires. I approached the store to see if I could get reimbursed but the lobby was closed and isolated only to a window on the side of building. Waited about 15 minutes behind one person in the rain. Finally, when it's my turn to speak to the cashier they said I would have to speak to the manager about that, between the hours of 9am and 2pm. This is my second gas station tonight with a broken air compressor. First one at least told me it was broken before I tried using it. They need a sign over the machine preventing this from happening to someone else. Manager ended up telling to me to call the company that creates the air compressor to get my refund, which I have now received."

"Most Jackson’s are spotless with nice folks and plenty of food hot and ready. This one has disgusting microwaves and when I went in, there was zero hot food at 11:30, nothing and staff standing around. Couldn’t believe how dirty the microwaves were with caked up food and look like they haven’t been cleaned in I don’t know how long. Pretty sad representation of the brand and franchise."

"RIPOFF ALERT!! Took awhile to get in because of slow facial recognition at door. LOTS OF PEOPLE HANGING round in parking lot. Cashier was arguing with other cashier, but nice to us, paid with debit, said we were good to go. The pump was not set right and when my boyfriend went in to tell them to reset the pump they made him pay again. WOULD NOT CHECK RECEIPT FROM TWO MINUTES BEFORE RIPOFF ALERT!"

"This is my second visit to this store. I like to come here because they have a good selection of drinks and snacks we can take on the go. It's fast and clean. What I don't like is the customer service. The girl who rang us up was the same girl from my 1st visit. She has no sense of customer service. She used her dirty hands to open up our Tornados bags, when she couldve just asked how much were in the bag. She doesn't say "thank you", when she hands me my change and just takes a scoop of her F'real milkshake!"
