"I was referred by a friend to go to Lutz Tile for our renovation. When you walk in, it was so inviting. Originally I was planning to just get a quote. I had appts at other places as well. Talking to them about my project and hearing their ideas got me so excited. Things they mentioned no one at the other places brought to my attention. That moment I just made the decision to have them help me. I don’t have a design bone in my body. I remember them asking what I was looking for and I had no clue. I knew herringbone in the kitchen and that’s it lol. I had my wall and cabinet color and floor samples with me. They’re the professionals so I let them do their thing. They took their time, I didn’t feel rushed or pressured to make a decision. We looked at all of the tile in the store it felt like. Their inventory selection was huge! Anything you are looking for, they’ll have it or can order it. They were so patient with me, designing three spaces takes time. What they came up with is beautiful and I can’t wait to see when it’s all complete. When you’re working with a family owned business you get that extra attention. I remember my husband telling me to go look at countertops. Like I said before I don’t know what I’m doing. I remember calling and emailing them pics of different countertops. I may have called like 5-6 times maybe more lol each time they were so kind and helpful. I’ll tell everyone to come here. Tami, Terri and Jules are the BEST!!! I can’t thank you three enough. ❤️"

"This was our second project with Lutz tile. The first, a kitchen upgrade, was several years ago. We wound up at Lutz after many other stores. When we were ready to do the bathroom we went to Lutz first and found exactly what we wanted. Terry was very helpful to us in selecting tile for the shower and flooring, including a beautiful waterfall feature. Her patience and design skill is amazing. Tami and Jules were able to answer all our questions whenever we called, especially when we needed additional shower tile. Hopefully we are done with projects, but if not, we would return to Lutz Tile without hesitation. Even the trip north in traffic is worth it."

"I went into Lutz tile not having a clue what tile to do for a back splash and only having pictures of my new countertop. They were all so helpful. I took many samples home and tried many different shades of grey. Never knew there were so many. Once we made a decision, we then were referred to Dilligence Flooring, who they work with.
