"I went there today December 12th I drove almost 30 mi to the store, when I went in a man named Mike called me over to help me, I explained to him my issues and what I was trying to do, he then explained to me something completely different I understood what he was saying but he did not understand what I was saying, with that it turned ugly real fast. He then begin to down talk me and tell me that I don't know what I'm talking about. As he was speaking with me his tone became demeaning degrading an outright disrespectful, to the point that the other service workers were looking at him how he was speaking with me. I was nothing but cordial nice and trying to defuse I seen then that it was about to go south even more so I tried to disengage and I told him okay thank you though sir never mind. He then took that as the right for him to tell me in a harsh harsh tone yeah that's right goodbye. I have no idea what I did to bring that upon myself I feel so disrespected so everything it was totally out of the blue and completely unacceptable I will never shop there again ever"
