"Wow! I spent over an hour at Lowe’s and Ace Hardware trying to find a bolt for my bike rack (M8 or 9 X 120-140) - their bolts were disorganized, the staff didn’t know anything, and I couldn’t find the metric size and length I needed. I ended up with the closest English size bolt but it wouldn’t fit. An older employee whispered to me to go to Tacoma Screw and I am so glad I did. I walked in, showed the guy at the counter what I needed, he walked back, and in a minute had it for me. He even saved me a trip to return the English size bolts, washers & nuts at Lowe’s because he took them in exchange for what I was buying. I also found the coolest quick release drill bit holder - now the bits will not pop out while I’m working."

"I'm not sure how great their businesses i've only used them one time. But I will tell you one thing their drivers are Abnoxious and dangerous and slightly road raged. Had a one today that probably Shouldn't be driving a company car on 1st ave Seattle Because they're so impatient. Calm down and be save!"

"I've avoided going to Yacina Screw only because they're not as close as I'd like to my home. So I ordered from Amazon and wanted my money because I bought the wrong washers. So I finally call Tacoma Strew and a guy answers and I sheepishly ask him if he had any "Countersunk finish waters to fit A2-CS stainless steel 6mm srcrews." The guy says, "Yeah we got 'em; but only in stainless stee,l" which is exactly what I needed. This was while the guy was walking around in the warehouse. Its so nice to call and talk to someone who knows. Thankyou!!!"
