"I was told they wouldn’t give me an estimate for redoing my entire homes floors (3000 sq foot house) after I said I planned on getting estimates from several flooring companies so I could compare. This company lacks professionalism and transparency. Don’t show clients a book with one pricing and then when the estimate is created you change the price? I reached out to corporate and I am still waiting on a response. There are plenty of other companies who won’t hire unprofessional “professionals” to yell at clients. Beware!!!"
