"I LOVE HOA. It's the only nail salon I will visit and I have been coming here for close to 15 years. My sisters and my mom come here too. The staff is great, pedicures are top-notch, everything is clean and sterilized, and the prices are very reasonable. The owner is amazing! I can't say enough good things about Hoa. "I recently moved to Seattle and was devastated to loose my old nail tech. However, the staff and service providers have all given me a wonderful experience for a very reasonable price. As a person who has worked in the beauty industry for almost 20 years, I can say that the level of cleanliness and sanitation is some of the best I've seen in the industry. They are patient and attentive and pay close attention to detail. I am now a regular customer and use their loyalty card and also take advantage of their discounts for paying in cash on Wednesdays. I will say I've only been to the Roosevelt location, so I can't speak for any other location."
