"Called to schedule appointment for replacement windows on a beachfront home in Mutiny Bay. Their estimator called me back and we schedule a time. I explained to him that we live off island and would be making a special trip to Whidbey to receive estimates for our window replacement project. The estimator was a no show at our scheduled time. I called Island Sash and Door, and they absolutely didn’t care that we had been stiffed by their sales rep! We were told we needed to call their salesperson directly?! So I called him (this is now about 45 minutes after our scheduled time). We got no response- totally ghosted! I would never do business with a company that one doesn’t care about a $20,000+ job, and second doesn’t take responsibility for their own people."

"We phoned Island Sash & Door to request an estimate for a damaged window and to inquire about replacement window screens. After leaving a message, my call was returned within a day. However, after speaking with an employee, I was told that an estimator would phone me to set up an appointment within two days. A week elapsed with no phone call. I phoned back, left a message to request a call-back, and received no follow-up. I understand that Island Sash & Door may be in high demand and suffer from a staffing shortage. Nonetheless, the failure to return a simple phone call from a potential customer shows a lack of professionalism and reliability. If my job is too small, fine, but a prompt, polite call-back would have at least shown common courtesy. Although I can't speak for the quality of this firm's work, its customer service is unacceptable. We won't be calling back and won't recommend Island Sash & Door to friends or neighbors."
