"Extremely disappointed. Received a gift card in the mail that I can’t use because my MIL was told - BY someone that works there - that gift cards COULD be used online. They can’t, apparently. And apparently they “can’t be refunded” either, so seems someone lied just to make a sale. I reached out to customer service to see what could be done and never received a response. I’ll stick to Michael’s from now on."

This place has most everything my wife and I need for supplies. Wish they had a broader paper selection. Some nice parent sheets of watercolor paper would be nice. Can't beat feeling up some nice paper! We will be shopping here again."
