"I live near this store location and the walkability is really helpful. The employees are generous, kind, and knowledgeable! I think they really try to be a community store. Depending on weather and other factors, they are out of stock on quite a few things more often than I'd like to see but there's almost always a substitute. I also love that though they have higher prices, they offer many discounts each month! The short commute makes it worth it."
"I’m an outside vendor for another company and tried parking in the Commercial Zone in front of this location. As I proceeded to backup, two employees came storming out in reach of cardboard stacked on pallets, that were aligned along a long portion of the sidewalk. I stopped and noticed that one the men was now between the pallets and my van turning to nudge the cardboard away from the street I put down the window and yelled out to the gentleman that I was not about to hit any of that cardboard. He states, “Yeah, I know I see you.” I replied, “Well yeah maybe I might not have saw you where just were.” He stated, “Yeah okay” and I replied with a common phrase found on many worksites “Use your head, before your hand.” This set off the second older gentleman and he proceeded to pout and tell me to go park somewhere else. I told them both that there mother and father should have taught them better. I returned to the vehicle shortly after and the old gentleman that was all flustered was standing in front of my van taking photos with his phone. I went into the store and asked to speak with the manager. The other guy who came storming out in reach of cardboard in beginning walks up and says “Yeah I’m the Manager. Both men now smug and arrogant to any wrongdoing proceeding to point the finger at me and tell me that they are going to call my manager. As you can see, needless to say that didn’t go anywhere like you said Cory. But I sure hope that this does…"

"This New Seasons placed in the heart of the Slabtown district is one of the best locations to get some great groceries (if you can afford it because man it's expensive!). The interior is pleasing to the eye, the fresh produce available always looks enticing and the selection of plants will tempt you to leave with a new one everytime. I've really enjoy this grocery store whenever I've stoped in."
"My favorite New Seasons metro PDX grocery store. Great selection of better quality grocery products, excellent selection of beers and cider. Decent wine selection, good produce and wonderful baked goods for a grocery store. Good selection of chocolate ( major food group!) and a decent variety of ready to eat foods and snacks. A bit on the spendy side but courteous, friendly and knowledgeable staff more than make up for the somewhat higher prices. Parking can be an issue in Slabtown so walk , ride or bike!"
