"I understand inflation, supply chain, costs are affecting the grocery business. But, ever since NS sold to this overseas corporation their quality and variety has taken a huge dive while prices continue to go up. I feel ripped off every time I go there: the same exact products such as lime juice, organic produce, or same brand of cheese will be 1/3 less at Fred Meyer or Whole Foods. Their bread section is good though and meat is high quality. Occasional good wine deals. But mostly, I am done."

"One month since my last review and the bulk coffee bins are still coated in rancid oils. I was told by New Seasons that they had a plan for cleaning these bins once a week but have been suffering from staffing issues. Somehow food safety/quality suffering in such visible ways has not yet made it to the priority list. Insane that they set the goal at once a week but the bins haven’t been cleaned in the 3+ years I’ve been going here. Again, I will delete all of my reviews when these bins have been cleaned."

"They had excellent hot pizza! Awesome customer service we asked the same guy three times three different questions and he helped every time without complaint as an employee of a store should do. Also we got help from another person trying to find Mullein she was able to find Yogi "Breathe Deep" tea. From there we went over to the wellness center and showed the person the name and he found that they didn't have any extract of it but he checked anyway! This New Seasons Market has an awesome employee base. Oh and the cheese knowledge is fantastic."
