"These people are the worst. I saw the driver speeding down my private driveway and waved my had for him to slow down and had to yell for him to slow down .when he finally slowed down he had a very aggressive attitude towards me .all I was trying to do is get him to slow down .there is road construction and kids in the road .I called there office and they defend there driver .he was only doing 20 miles an hour. Well the speed limit is 10 .just slow down .we live here you do not"

"After I moved to town, I found a leaking faucet in the bathroom. The hardware store sent me to Bill's, and they had the part I needed, and made sure the life-time guarantee from Moen paid the bill. I next had their plumber--when they had a plumber on staff--fix our leaking kitchen faucet. He did the job, no problems. We moved again and, during remodeling on the old new place, I had Bill's provide sanikan service for our contractors. We hired, or tried to hire, a lot of contractors for many kinds of remodeling work, but most either didn't show up, did marginal work, or were priced for only the rich folks. It is not impressive for many people, but Bill's sanikan service was only one of three contractors who performed perfectly during our long remodel. Finally, we decided to buy our new kitchen faucet through Bill's, which has a nice little showroom. We went this route because we wanted quality, parts availability, and truly knowledgeable people to buy from, and not the Home Depot scene with its standard of usually no-help or Know-Nothing new-hires. Also, Home Depot displays drip with a Made-in-China selection of 2nd-string stuff, or worse. Sure, I'll pay a few bucks more for better and best quality and service at Bill's, but if there are problems--and you know fixtures don't last forever--I know from experience I can count on them far more than other retailers in this area."

Their team is top notch and always respond quickly to requests and do everything to accommodate even unreasonable requests. For example, we called them needing a unit for an unexpected event at our farm. They dropped off a unit same day, no questions asked. We have used Bills for years. Great people!"
