"A horrible experience! New heated floor installed never worked in bathroom. Hughes never responded to me after numerous attempts to try & fix the problem. Terrible lack of communication & respect for customer. They kept putting me off. They also installed my gas fireplace. Horrible job. There are nuts & bolts showing with screw holes. Not pleasing to the eye at all. I would not recommend them & buyer beware! Hughes is not out for customer satisfaction!"
