"Terrible service, got snapped at by the grumpy man behind the counter for daring to bring insulation up to pay for it. It was confusingly in the back yard, we had to get an employee to show us where it was. The cashier all but accused us of stealing. He literally said, “what you just walk in there and take it?” Yes, because your employee showed us where it was…will never be back. Can’t make a guarantee like that then treat people like thieves for not knowing the process."

"Caleb and the team fulfilled a last-minute order for my mom when she was able to arrange for family help to rebuild a deck. They brought the lumber in one truck but were unable to deliver it to my parents’ steep driveway. They took the order back to the yard, reloaded the truck, then hand-carried the planks down the driveway. We appreciate the great customer service and would order from Arrow again. Thank you!"

"Good service. My first post was from 2 years ago. And I was blown away by the outstanding people and service I just experienced. I went to several wood construction shops in the area only to get turned down. All I needed was a board cut to size for a shelf. Arrow had what I wanted but it was 12ft. Rather than selling me a huge board they cut me a shelf and charged me by the foot. They didn't have to but they did and they will have a customer for life."

Their service is top notch and their products are some of the best. Still have a way to go before completion but I will gladly make the drive to get what I need because of Erik.
