"This char siew lo mein had no business tasting this damn good. Usually it arrives with a slipping pile of sauce in other places so when it arrived dry I was skeptical. That all changed when I tasted the noodle. Perfectly seasoned light hint of sesame oil and salt probably with some char siew drippings too. The steady line of people buying roast meat take out pretty much confirms the quality of the meats here."
