"Horrible service, the guy was just to do a simple Alignment and when he called yelling bout who I had work on my car last I told him I was in store tell me when I get there then when I show up he won't tell me what he was trying to say. Has me test drive it and I would think going on division but instead he insists I take side street and won't let me get it above 5mph. Also won't stop talking bout all these peoples cars who he messed up and had to pay for but he no longer has insurance. Later that night my son driving on freeway to Salem lost complete control and spun off the road. I had to tow it to the shop and the man refused to look at it. Later find out the control arm hadn't been bolted down at all. I almost lost my son and my car still is not running I would never take a car here. It could mean your life. And they won't fix what they broke so now I don't have a car!!"

"My car quit on me while I was in Portland for shopping (about 1 1/2 hours from home) and a man at a store near the airport recommended Vision. They were able to come tow my car within an hour and once at their shop, they kept working on it until they found and fixed the problem: a short that my regular shop up north hadn’t been able to replicate & identify (despite lots of time and money, of course). This shop isn’t fancy or in a “cool neighborhood” but I was SO impressed by them! Even tho it’s not conveniently located for me, I’ll probably use them again when my aging car has another “mystery ailment.” Thanks guys!"
