"After a service center failure left me stranded in an extremely time-sensitive situation, and 2 other local towing companies quoted me 2+ hours to pickup, just to get me 20min across the bridge into Vancouver (to be fair it was Friday rush hour), these guys came through in 30 minutes and got me back to the service center before it closed. Helpful dispatch, and driver kept me posted on ETA when traffic got bad/worse and had to detour.
