David was very friendly and thoroughly explained what he thought was wrong with my car after doing diagnostics (in layman terms so I understood everything). I had taken my car to a different shop before bringing it to David, and what they determined to be my car’s issue was only part of the problem. If they had replaced that one part, I still would have had issues, so I am very grateful that David is knowledgeable and figured out the other root problems for my car.
