She is tedious and really takes pride in her work. I love that she uses different wax/ methods based on the hair or area. It's not a "one size fits all" with her and that's why I have become a loyal customer to Brenna. She's awesome!"

"My appointment was booked and confirmed for July 4th. I drove half an hour to the location only to find out they’re closed. Google showed they’re open but they weren’t. I called and left a voicemail while outside hoping that someone will open the door. Not even a courtesy call back or an apology. I drove another half an hour back home disappointed and frustrated. Will never go back there. Mistakes happen and I would’ve been okay if someone had the decency to call me back but this is rude and unacceptable. Taking my business somewhere else."

They also have cute trinkets, earrings, cards, and other various items you can purchase at the front desk. Overall a good place to get some waxing done!"

"I was looking for a new spot after my previous gal in QA closed up shop to raise her kiddos. I saw great reviews so thought I would try it out before my honeymoon. Cute spot, but didn’t get a great technician. She me a wonky shape Brazilian, missed spots, left wax in my hair that I didn’t notice till I got home and had to yank out (creating weird patches) and later found bruises on my bikini line, which I’ve never had before… super cute look. She was super sweet but these mistakes were just careless. The manager wrote me and offered to correct it but by that time I had already plucked the wax out and tried my best to shave in attempt to correct the disaster before my honeymoon. She didn’t reply at all when I let her know or offer any sort of refund. Brazilians are expensive and not a ton of fun. This was a huge disappointment all around."
