"I had an extremely disappointing experience at this eyelash extension salon. Sophia's rudeness from the start set the tone, and the use of scissors to remove my eyelashes was unexpectedly painful. When I asked her to use a gentler product, she abruptly ended the session, suggesting I come back for Nikki instead. The lack of professionalism and disregard for customer comfort is disheartening. I won't be returning and advise others to reconsider choosing this salon."
