"I recently had a facial appointment at your salon, and I wanted to share my experience with you. While I appreciate the effort put into the service, I must express my concerns regarding the quality and overall experience. Incomplete and Half-Hearted Job: During the facial, I noticed that it was incomplete and lacked the attention to detail I expected. Additionally, half of my eye makeup remained untouched, which I discovered only after leaving the salon. As a result, I traveled home with half-done eye makeup, which was quite inconvenient. Conflicting Messages: Your pamphlet states that walk-ins for facials are welcome. However, when I arrived, I was asked to call for an appointment. While I understand the need for appointments, this inconsistency in communication left me puzzled. Membership and Pricing: I observed another customer receiving a special rate due to their membership. Unfortunately, this option was not discussed with me, and I ended up paying the full price. Clear communication about membership benefits would have been appreciated. Lack of Customer Recognition: During our interaction, you mentioned that you didn’t recall my previous visits. In today’s tech-savvy world, I believe using a computer system to track customer history would enhance the overall experience. It felt discourteous when you stated, “I don’t recollect you visiting.” Product Quality: I suspect that some of the products used during my facial were outdated or expired. As a customer, I expect high-quality and fresh products for my skin. Unfortunately, this aspect fell short. Customer Retention and Service: It’s essential to prioritize customer retention. While you may assume that customers will return regardless, exceptional service ensures loyalty. Other salons prioritize customer care, regardless of their country of origin. Overall Assessment: The service was acceptable but not worth the price. I believe there are better options available elsewhere. I hope you take this feedback constructively and work towards improving the overall experience for your clients. Thank you for your attention to this matter. Response to your comment: I have received facial services from your salon twice and noticed a lack of technological integration in your customer management system as my name was not recognized on both occasions. Also, I found the response to my feedback to be unprofessional, as it seemed defensive rather than appreciative. I suggest focusing your efforts on improving your services rather than dismissing customer reviews ."

"Reshami is truly talented! I’m quite particular about my brows as they’re sparse and require filling in on my end. Because my shape isn’t well defined I’ve had some really bad threading experiences. Rose Threading is one of the best. She did a phenomenal job, and I immediately purchased a package."

"I’ve been a regular for almost a couple of years now and have never been disappointed with Resmi’s work, which always has me leaving with more confidence in my look. I always get compliments on her work all week long even from strangers. She’s always been friendly and a great conversationalist. I love that they offer a pre-pay bulk sets of eyebrow services at a lower price because my brows are high maintenance. Parking can be a little tricky but it’s all free, there’s a parking lot in the back and a good amount of street parking in front if available. I’ve witnessed some customers get parking tickets from the back lot but you can just bring them in and have them taken care of with ease."
