"This place is extremely unprofessional! I scheduled an appointment for 10am at the front desk in person and I told the girl to please make sure we had enough time booked. Then I get a call and I had to be flexible for the stylist who has a flight after my appt so I accommodated her time and came in at 8am & this girl shows up an hour late! She then proceeds to tell me she doesn’t have enough time for my hair when she should’ve been on time to begin with. Then brings another stylist over who tells me I should’ve got a consultation first. I will never go to this place again there’s better places and these stylist are just extremely catty"
