"I want to start by saying that Jen gave me an excellent, five star haircut that exceeded my expectations! I had a wonderful experience with her and she was patient with me despite my being anxious and honestly a bit annoying. My grandmother also got a short haircut here that left lots of long floating chunks of hair around her ears and the back of her head. She was okay with it and said we could fix it at home, but I still think it’s a botched job. Another person with us kept getting pushed down the list despite checking in online as being part of our party. All in all, cheap place where you can get a really good haircut depending on who you happen to get."

While the convenience and affordability of Great Clips are usually appealing, this particular visit left us with uneven and dissatisfying results. "So disappointed. Brought my son (16) and daughter (5) in for cuts. Both cuts weren't good. Neither were what was asked for and I wasn't even picky. My daughter wanted a mid neck Bob. Instead she got a chin length Bob that was very uneven. There was no fixing it. To avoid making the kids feel bad, I didn't say anything . Then to find out thw total was nearly 50 dollars. Such a bad experience."

"This is the 2nd time my hair was completely butchered. I even tried going to a different location and same thing. I was very specific about what happened to my hair at my last visit and still it literally looks like a child cut it. I am very disappointed that more care and effort is not taken. I will not be returning to great clips at any location sadly."
