"Farmer Nicole is a delight! As are her kiddos who occasionally appear when I'm picking up my produce, lamb, salmon and eggs. Everything is absolutely delicious, fresh, and responsibly grown. We enjoy every morsel!"
"I look forward to my CSA share every Thursday! The produce tastes so fresh, straight from the garden, and the chicken eggs! I will not be shopping for chicken eggs at the store anymore :)"
"What a great find! I was looking for a local CSA, and I am so happy to now be a part of Padilla Bay Farm. On pick up day, the fruits and vegetables and flowers are set up like a farmstand, so you can take what you like, and not take what you don’t like! Also, Nicole, the charming and knowledgeable farmer/owner, is there to chat and answer questions. And during the winter, she offered a lamb, pork and salmon CSA, along with eggs. Love it!"
"This spring (though wet) has really been fabulous for braising greens, chives, radishes, herbs, snap peas, leeks, kale, lettuce & so much more! My favorite spring recipe has been for spring greens with pad Thai noodles- Pad Thai noodles, onion, chives, braising veggies, mint, snap peas, coconut aminos (or soy sauce), sesame oil, coconut vinegar, red chili flakes, lime & gomasio using my CSA was so tasty! Also just snap peas sautéed fresh is dreamy this time of year…. Love love love fresh eggs too AB’s weekend bacon we are still enjoying from Padilla Bay Farm."
"Padilla Bay Farm CSA has been wonderful for our family. We've had eggs, fruit, legumes, vegetables, and purchased delicious pork and lamb. Everything on the farm is grown with care and love and the quality has consistently been great. Our kids have visited the farm, met the animals, seen their food in the field, and learned about where their food comes from. Nicole is very knowledgeable and shares farm facts and recipes all the time. She also delivers locally when we can't make it to pick up. We are so glad to participate in the Padilla Bay Farm CSA."
