"Called to get a quote for a repair of some flooring; waited 3 days for a call back then decided to call them to ask again to follow up. They said that there was no notes or record of my first call and to wait AGAIN for someone to call me back. A total of 5 days later I finally speak to a rep who says he'll email me a quote. A day later, still nothing. Getting yanked around for nearly a week... For a quote?? EDIT: they finally came! Put a massive dent in our clothes dryer, and left without a word. After calling to address the issue the rep denied it then offered to not charge us for the patch work instead."

"Installed a carpet in entire home, less than a year later large wrinkles appear in the master bedroom and other places. Huge wrinkles, rising 2 - 3 inches from the floor. I've talked to three different people, had them come out to the home twice, and still I get no resolution, just the good old fashioned run around."

"The guy that runs this is not honest. The first time he sold us carpet that was defective with a color spot in the dye. The 2nd time around they seamed the carpet in the upper middle of the room in a spot they hoped we would not notice. I think they did it just to make us mad because they took tons of leftover out with them and gave us a bunch of leftover carpet. I don't see how it was at all necessary to seam it. Be careful when dealing with them. I gave up after 2 tries of ordering carpet for the same room from them. I was not going to fight it a 3rd time. Also the installers walked out and refused to even help us put our bed together and didn't even bat an eye about leaving us hanging even though we offered to pay them to help us do part of the assembly."
